Define the priced components. Drafts are mutable; once you publish the version becomes immutable. To revise a published cost basis, clone the version into a new draft.

Plug-in to charging-start window

After the cable is plugged in, the driver has this long to authenticate and start charging. Sessions that don’t transition to charging within the window are auto-cancelled by the lifecycle worker — no fees apply.

Grace policy

Applies to every per-component grace period in this tariff (idle, parking, reservation). Operator’s choice.

Components

Each component carries its own tax rate. TOU bands take precedence over the fallback flat rate during the hours they cover; calendar overrides take precedence over both on their dates.
